Eating healthy doesn’t mean that we must force ourselves to eat flavorless food. Yes! I enjoy good food, but I am also mindful of the nutritional value of the foods that I eat. Not to be preachy, but what we eat has a direct impact on our overall health and well-being. Here, I’ll share some of my favorite foods– some I cook, others I buy.
