Few Words

Got out of bed at 4:15 a.m.

Went to work.

Drove to the gym.

Worked legs.

Did some gluts.

Raced home.


Fixed a dinner plate to-go.

Sat on the sidelines at football practice.

Ate dinner.

Got cold.

Got even colder.

Raced home.

Packaged tomorrow’s lunch.

Arrived at my final destination….

  1. Girl…If I had to get up at 4:15 am I would be sick to my stomach, literally. I had to move my workouts to night–after work. 10ish pm. It sucks, but I am with Shubs (grandbaby) in the morning.Well, Jade and I do 2 or 3 mornings a week. It is great to know I am not alone in trying to workout as much as I can. 50 is coming soon and I ain’t trying to go there raggedly lol!!

    • When I get to bed early, it’s not too bad. Though I have to admit, no matter how rested I am, brutally cold winter mornings are the absolutely worst! I hear ya about 50… Next year I celebrate my 50th! As long as I can move, I will continue to workout. Movement will keep us young at heart and in better physical shape.
